SMX VIP Birthday Podium Experience - Concord, NC

Celebrating a Birthday at Supermotocross World Championship?  Let us make it special with a VIP Birthday podium experience.  This is a one-of-a-kind experience that will take you and a guest to the podium for your special birthday gift.  You will receive a number 1 plate, pose for pictures with the championship trophy and our event host will recognize you over the sound system with a birthday shout out.   If you’re a supercross fan this a great experience that puts you front and center on your special day! 

This experience is expected to start around 8:00 PM. Exact timing and check-in location will be sent via email the day prior to the event. 

VIP Experience includes:

• Event hosts will recognize you over the public address system and wish you a Happy Birthday with the crowd.

• You and 1 guest will be escorted to the track and podium area for a picture with the championship trophy.

• You will receive an official #1 number plate souvenir.

• Limited edition VIP Credential with Lanyard

• This experience typically happens during the track maintenance and/or LCQ portion of the main race program.  You will be notified during the check in process of the exact VIP Experience time.

THINGS TO KNOW:

• EVENT TICKET IS REQUIRED FOR EACH PARTICIPANT AND MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY. Only the stated number of participants for the purchased experience with valid Event tickets will be allowed to participate.  No last-minute additions are permitted.
• CLOSED TOED SHOES ARE REQUIRED – NO SHOES, NO ACCESS.
• ALL PARTICPANTS UNDER 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY SUPERVISING ADULT PARTICIPANT.
• A LIABILITY AND PUBLICITY RELEASE MUST BE EXECUTED OR PROVIDED ON SITE FOR EACH PARTICIPANT. Parent/legal guardian must execute for each participant under 18.  Please see our FAQs for form of release.
• The personal message submitted with customer’s purchase is subject to review by Feld Motor Sports. Feld Motor Sports reserves the right to refuse to display any message and cancel the corresponding order for any reason, including if any message includes advertising, business names and/or inappropriate content.
• By submitting a personal message, the customer represents and warrants that the customer and Feld Motor Sports is authorized to publicly display such message and all names and content therein, and that displaying such message will not violate any third-party rights.
• Exact message boards and placements may vary by venue and show; venue-wide placement is not guaranteed. Times may be subject to change.
• Customer will receive a confirmation email following purchase. Check-in details, times, details and changes will be sent by email to the purchaser. If the purchaser will not be on-site to check-in, they must designate a Point of Contact by emailing vipexperiences@feldinc.com. Times for experience and experience elements may be subject to change. 
• The purchaser must be present onsite to check in for the experience, with valid photo ID and order number/ confirmation email. Purchaser is responsible for organizing and communicating details and requirements to any other participants.
• Participants must provide their own cameras for pictures / photo opportunities. PHOTO OPPORTUNITIES WILL BE ONLY AS DESIGNATED BY FELD MOTOR SPORTS.
• Safe and responsible conduct and compliance with Feld Motor Sports instructions are required at all times.
• Feld Motor Sports will not have any responsibility or liability associated with any incorrect contact information, telephone or internet service delays or errors, or any customer or Point of Contact’s inability or failure to properly communicate with Feld Motor Sports or experience participants. • This VIP Experience is NON-REFUNABLE
