Waiver

If your experience requires a waiver, you will be provided a waiver on-site to review and complete. Each minor will require a separate waiver, completed by a parent/guardian.

Contact

Be sure to check you email! We will send check-in information via email the day before the event. Updates/changes to your experience may be sent via text. P.S. Check you junk mail if you have not received any information!

Be on time

We dont want you to be late for your experience, so it is always best to check-in to the VIP Experiences tent as soon as you arrive to the event.

Tickets

You will not receive any physical tickets for your VIP experience. All you need is your order confirmation number and valid ID when checking-in at the event.

Feedback

Tell us how you liked your experience! A post-event survey will be sent to your email. We appreciate any and all feedback.

VIP FAQ

Below is a list of the general requirements for each VIP Experience with on-site participation. Please be sure to review the "THINGS TO KNOW" description for your experience, which may include additional requirements. Unless we are notified, the purchaser is automatically designated as the Point of Contact and is responsible for organizing and communicating all experience details and requirements to all other participants.

EVENT TICKET IS REQUIRED FOR EACH PARTICIPANT AND MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY. Only the stated number of participants for the purchased experience with valid Event tickets will be allowed to participate. No last minute additions are permitted.

Close toed shoes are recommended. For all experiences in restricted access areas, CLOSE TOED SHOES ARE REQUIRED.

ALL PARTICIPANTS UNDER 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A SUPERVISING ADULT PARTICIPANT.

A LIABILITY AND PUBLICITY RELEASE MUST BE EXECUTED OR PROVIDED FOR EACH PARTICIPANT.

A parent/legal guardian must execute for each participant under 18. Please click here to see our form of release.

The Point of Contact must be present on-site to check-in for the experience, with the order confirmation number and a valid photo ID.

Participants must provide their own cameras for pictures/photo opportunities. PHOTO OPPORTUNITIES WILL BE ONLY AS DESIGNATED BY FELD MOTOR SPORTS.

Safe and responsible conduct and compliance with Feld Motor Sports instructions are required at all times. All event, Fan Fest or Pit Party rules, limits and restrictions apply.

Experience features, activities and details are subject to change and availability, and may vary by event.

All riders, drivers, hosts, mascots, performers and trucks are subject to change without notice. Interaction with riders, drivers, hosts, mascots and performers and autographs are not guaranteed.

NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGE IS PERMITTED. All food or beverage must be purchased on site from Fan Fest, Pit Party or venue food vendors. Experience purchasers that wish to make special food or beverage arrangements must do so directly through the venue's designated catering company. Feld Motor Sports will provide venue catering contact information upon request.

Bringing gifts and other items on-site is subject to all venue policies and may be restricted or prohibited. Additional security is not included with any experience. All personal property brought on-site is the responsibility of the experience participants. Feld Motor Sports is not responsible for lost, missing, stolen or damaged items.

Children age 2 and up will require a VIP Experience purchase to participate.

The purchaser is not required to attend, and it is possible to purchase an experience for multiple people. The purchaser will automatically be designated as the Point of Contact. HOWEVER, the purchaser can identify a new designated Point of Contact for the experience by emailing vipexperiences@feldinc.com. That Point of Contact must be willing to receive details and updates via email, phone or text message and must attend and check-in for the experience with the order confirmation number and a valid photo ID. The Point of Contact is responsible for organizing and communicating all experience details and requirements to all other participants. Please make sure the Point of Contact has given his/her permission to be designated and to have his/her information provided to Feld Motor Sports.

All elements of each VIP Experience are delivered on-site at the event. No items will be shipped. The purchaser will receive a confirmation email and the Point of Contact designated at purchase will receive details and updates by phone/text message.

All on-site purchases are subject to availability while supplies last. Please visit the VIP Experiences Check-In tent for more information.

If an experience is cancelled by us, we will make efforts to contact the purchaser and the Point of Contact using the contact information on-file as early as we reasonably can. We will then provide the purchaser with a refund. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to credit back to the original payment method.

The Point of Contact will receive an email either the night before or the morning of with tent locations and check in instructions.

For Monster Energy AMA Supercross VIP Experiences, there will be one (1) check-in location at each event. This will be a Monster Energy VIP Experiences Check-in branded tent. In most cases, you can find the VIP tent at or near the entrance of Fan Fest. However, the check-in location will vary by event and will be texted to the Point of Contact in advance of the experience.

For Monster Jam VIP Experiences, there will be one (1) check-in location at each event. This will be a yellow Monster Jam VIP Experiences check-in branded tent. This location may move throughout the course of the event's day. As example, the check in location may be at the entrance of the pit party area during the hours of the pit party and then as the main venue doors open for the event, the location will move to the concourse of the facility. In any event, the check-in location will vary by event and will be texted to the Point of Contact in advance of the experience.

If your Experience is a PRE-SHOW experience and there is a Pit Party, please check in during the Pit Party. Pit Party and Show time can be found HERE

The Point of Contact must attend and check-in for the experience on-site, with the order confirmation number and a valid photo ID. The Point of Contact is responsible for organizing all other participants on-site and ensuring they are present at check-in for proper registration.

Texts for each experience can be set-up and used to communicate between the brand ambassadors and the Point of Contact (and other participants that agree to be included in group texts). Please connect with your VIP Ambassador to provide your phone number on-site.

It is recommended to arrive :30 minutes prior to your experience. Lateness may result in forfeiture of participation in the experience, without any refund. Whether to process a late check-in/admit a late participant will be determined on a case-by-case basis in the sole discretion of Feld Motor Sports, taking all circumstances into account.

All sales are final. Reunds will only be provided if the event is cancelled, rescheduled or the facility is closed due to unforeseen circumstances.

All VIP Experiences that require check-in also requires a completed Liability and Publicity Agreement and Release. This is for the safety of all VIP attendees. It also gives Feld Entertainment the ability to use video and photos, that may have been taken during your VIP experience, on future marketing materials.

Each participating adult will need to sign a waiver separately from each participating minor. Waivers will be available on-site to review and sign.

Message Boards, In Venue Messages and Welcome Messages do not require a release form.

Unfortuntaly parking is not included in your purchase. Please visit Supercross Live or Monster Jam for more information on each location's parking.

We do not offer discounts on any VIP Experiences.

No, the VIP Experiences that are available at www.feldexperiences.com are the only official VIP experiences that allow VIP access and opportunities offered at both Supercross and Monster Jam. Feld is not held liable for other VIP Packages that are not fullfilled as purchased.

General Event FAQ

FanFest tickets are a separate purchase from both VIP tickets and event tickets. Visit here for more information on how to purchase tickets.

Group tickets are not considered a VIP Experience and are only avaialble in select markets. You will need to visit either the Supercross website or the Monster Jam website and visit the "TICKETS" tab. Click on the "MORE INFO" for your city, and look for the “Group Sales” section for details on whom to contact. Any questions, email customerservice@feldinc.com.
