Shipping policy
All elements of each VIP Experience are delivered on-site at the event. No items will be shipped. The purchaser will receive a confirmation email once the order has successfully processed. Additionally, the purchaser will receive details and updates by email 24 hours before the event. The purchaser must attend and check in for the experience onsite, with valid photo ID and the valid order number or confirmation email. The purchaser is responsible for organizing and communicating all experience details and requirements to all other participants.
